That could be you on the college playing field.
Or, you could just fumble your way to the goal
line.
But why? If you get training
at a football camp, you can be exposed to skill-building
drills, new friendships, even the chance to show
off in front of NFL pros and college coaches!
Take the opportunities offered by Athletic
Sports Camp (ASC), for instance. These camps,
currently operating in California, Pennsylvania,
and Texas, offer a range of summer programs for
all players, from quarterbacks to kickers. And
they're not just instructional clinics. ASC is
for both beginner football players and team-topping
veterans.
As an ASC camper, you'll
be trained through non-contact drills and even
put in the line-up for play in full contact scrimmages.
With instructors that include pros and college
coaches, you'll be working among the best. What
better way to become the best yourself?!
At the four-day Kicking
Camp, athletes are pushed to achieve their full
on-field potential. With a typical day going from
6:50 a.m. to 10:15 p.m., the schedule is packed
with football practice, swimming, tennis, weight
training, basketball, more football practice,
and instructional seminars. And of course, there's
meal and snack time,
too!
As an added plus, quarterbacks
can attend a one-day, four-hour clinic in which
stance, center exchange, drop-back, setting up,
passing, release, defense, and more skills, are
enhanced.
ASC football camp costs
between $300 to $600, with additional charges
for airport pick-up and equipment rentals. The
quarterback clinic costs approximatley $75. (Extra
fees depend upon which program you choose.)
If this sounds like something
you could spend your summer doing, get to inquiring
(links at right). Then go for that touchdown!
