The in-house Student Services division operates 15 hours a day, seven days a week in order to advise prospective students on colleges, universities, and career schools that match their search criteria. The goal of our highly-trained advisors is to pair students with educational opportunities and career choices that will further their goals. While doing so, The Student Services division assists schools in their recruitment and enrollment efforts.
Additionally, our Help Center/Support – Free Advisor Service initiative focuses exclusively on managing online customer interactions using in-bound call-in customer support. This division of CBN's Student Service Center boasts three avenues of customer service and support to its visitors: Get an advisor to call you back; talk to an advisor now; and send an email to an advisor. All options ensure the superior customer service and support to CBN visitors -- potential students eager to find the right school choice for their needs.
