The School of Exercise, Training & Science (SETS) provides an extensive
300 hour Personal Trainer program designed for building bodies of
knowledge. Our State approved, comprehensive program will give you the
skills you need to become a NSCA Certified Personal Trainer. Our
curriculum covers areas such as anatomy, physiology, biomechanics,
exercise technique, personal training principles and guidelines, client
consultation and assessment, exercise psychology, nutrition and weight
management, and business planning and management. SETS prepares
you for the national certification examination through the National Strength
and Conditioning Association (NSCA). The NSCA’s credentials will really
set you apart in the fitness industry.

THE NSCA CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER CERTIFICATION IS ACCREDITED BY THE NATIONAL COMMISSION FOR CERTIFYING AGENCIES (NCCA).
