New York College of Health Professions, a nonprofit institution, has been a leader in Holistic Care and Education for over 25 years. The main campus is located in a modern spacious facility in Syosset, Long Island, New York, about 25 miles from New York City. It is easily accessible by car or train. The on-site Academic Health Care Teaching Clinics, in which all students perform their clinical internship, provide affordable holistic health care to members of the community.

New York College was the first school in New York State approved to offer college degrees in Massage Therapy, Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. The College's educational programs include courses that integrate the methodologies of the East and the West for both preventative and curative health practices.

DEGREE PROGRAMS
The College offers undergraduate and graduate degree programs.  Students can enroll in either an Associate degree program in Massage Therapy, a Bachelor degree program in Advanced Asian Bodywork, or a combined Bachelor/Masters program in Acupuncture or Oriental Medicine. The curricula are designed to both prepare students for their licensing exams as well as a successful career as a holistic practitioner.

The current student body represents a cross section of ages, nationalities, and interests - from college bound high school graduates to those looking to change or augment their career. The College features part-time or full-time schedules; day, evening or weekend classes that meet the demands of busy lives.  Financial Aid is available if you qualify.  Graduates of New York College consistently report that their comprehensive education and training has prepared them for a rewarding career as a licensed health care practitioner in the 21st Century.
