The New England Center for Cosmetology Education, (previously known as Chameleons School of Hair Design), was established in 1993, and is comprised of two programs: The Hair Program (we’re an exclusive Paul Mitchell Signature School!); and the Nail Technology Program.   Both programs will teach you the latest techniques, technologies, and trends in these lucrative fields.
