Full Sail's Bachelor's and Associate's Degrees for creative minds include Computer Animation, Digital Arts & Design, Entertainment Business, Film, Game Development, Recording Arts, and Show Production & Touring. Regardless of which program at our school you choose, one of Full Sail's fundamental goals is to encourage the union of art and technology.
REAL WORLD EDUCATION
The most effective method of learning is to spend time using the same equipment and programs you will use in your career in the entertainment media industry. Full Sail's campus is the first to house an entire High Definition (HD) TV studio. The school has also recently added a motion capture studio to complement the 100+ existing studios, production suites, soundstages, and computer labs. These real world environments are where students learn to create websites, animation sequences, 3D graphics, computer generated models, characters, visual effects, and interactive games.
Accelerated Education
Full Sail runs on a modular schedule with new classes beginning every month.  Students attend classes and labs 5 to 6 days, 35 to 40 hours each week. By doing so, students will typically earn a Bachelor's Degree in less than 21 months.
Industry Professionals
The typical Full Sail instructor has spent years working in the entertainment and media production industry doing the type of work that he/she now teaches at Full Sail. Collectively, instructors have earned hundreds of movie, record, game, television, and web credits, as well as GRAMMY® and EMMY Awards and nominations.
Industry Accolades
Full Sail's exceptional degree programs have been recognized by numerous publications, including: Shift Magazine, which named Full Sail one of the top three new media colleges; Electronic Gaming Monthly, which named Full Sail one of the top five Game Design Schools in the world; and Rolling Stone Magazine, which recently named Full Sail one of the "Best Music Programs" in the country, in addition to one of the "Best Music Business Departments" in the Schools That Rock: The Rolling Stone College Guide.  In addition, UNleashed has recognized Full Sail's Film program as one of the best in the country.

Film

Full Sail's Film Degree Program covers the entire filmmaking experience, as students work united by their love of movies. Over the course of the program, the experienced, professional staff show students how to execute every position on a film production - from director, cinematographer, and producer, to key grip, set dresser, and electrician. The whole time, students use these newfound skills to actually create films.

Full Sail students work in groups that emulate a real world production crew, while shooting their projects with HD cameras, 16mm cameras, and professional 35mm film cameras like the Arricam Studio and Arricam Lite. Full Sail graduates have worked on films such as Star Wars, Talledega Nights and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, and on hit shows like Lost, The Wire, and The Shield.

Recording Arts

Full Sail's Recording Arts Degree Program is an intensive audio education that covers every facet of music and audio production – from tracking and overdubs to mixing and mastering – in a college environment unlike any other. Full Sail's professional recording studios allow students to record bands using the same microphones, mixing boards, and digital audio workstations used in studios all over the world.

Students learn from the best: Full Sail's instructors are studio professionals, and they bring years of audio engineering experience into the classroom, as they show how to run a professional recording session. In addition, students explore techniques for the growing world of audio for video games, and dive headfirst into the challenges of audio postproduction for movies and television shows. Full Sail grads have gone on to work with artists like Madonna, Mariah Carey, Black Eyed Peas, and Ludacris.

Show Production & Touring

Full Sail's Show Production & Touring Degree Program covers everything from the rigors of life on the road to lighting design for live production, all in the space of only 13 months. Students learn the ropes at Full Sail Live, a custom designed theater environment outfitted with the same gear that is installed in live sound venues and that travels the world with top touring acts. Students learn every aspect of live event production from experienced instructors who have spent much of their lives on tour. At the time of graduation, students are ready to start careers in event production. Full Sail grads have worked on shows like Madonna's Reinvention Tour, Staind, Cirque du Soleil, and Disney's Monsters on Ice.
