The Mission of the College of International Esthetics is to provide quality and competent education, not only in required education, but also in advanced learning. Our mission is to give the student the knowledge they will need to be successful not only in their skills but in their business ventures and dealings.

We are passionate about teaching and we are dedicated to our students. We use state of the art modalities and teaching methods and we continually update our education so we can give our students the most advanced training possible.

We prepare the students to take and pass the Colorado State Board practical and written examinations in order to enter their chosen career.

Approved and regulated by The Private Occupational School Board and the Colorado Department of Higher Education, The College of International Esthetics also offers open enrollment along with our regularly scheduled starting dates.

PROGRAMS:
Our objective is to offer you a comprehensive and highly developed Course of Study in Esthetics and to provide you with the skills necessary to become a licensed Ethetician in the State of Colorado. This includes chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and medical protocol. You will have the opportunity to learn different microdermabrasion methods and to train with the Diamondtome and Crystal Synergy Microdermabrasion machines, as well as different exfoliating substances.

Upon successful completion of the Esthetician Course and graduation, the student will receive an Esthetician Diploma that may lead to a career as:

Taught by Reiki Master, Patti Templin
Stepping Stones to Reiki is the combination of the mystical healing art of Reiki along with ancient wisdom of the Stone Clan People. We combine the therapies of Stone energy work, using beautiful marble chakra stones and some warm basalt stones with the use of the Reiki symbols.
Reiki I is the first degree Reiki class which is designed to teach you how to use the Universal Life Force energy on yourself. In this class, you will learn the chakra system, basic stone layouts, and gain a full understanding of how to use stones in Reiki work. You will receive your first Reiki symbol and four (4) Attunements.
Reiki II is the second degree Reiki class designed to focus on absentee healings. In this class, you will learn the meridian system on the cellular level and practice the use of the stones. You will receive three (3) more symbols and four (4) more attunements.
Reiki III is the third degree Reiki class designed for you to work at the master level. In this class, you will deepen your understanding of the meridians while learning the mind/body connections associated with each meridian. In addition, we will also introduce the use of Tibetan healing sounds, which you will use to aid in the moving of energy along the meridian and chakra systems. You will receive four (4) attunements and the final master symbol. Culminating instruction time includes the layouts for the stone energy and the chakra points, full treatment instruction and plenty of practice time.
This course is required by the State of Colorado to be able to do Facial Cosmetic Pigment Implantation. We teach both the Softap and Electric Pen Methods in this 132-hour program.

To be eligible, you are required to have a license as a Cosmetologist or Cosmetician. You will learn the methods used to perform permanent makeup, the importance of an intensive client consultation, pre and post treatments and Acknowledgment of risks and complications.

The course requires the following subject to be covered.
  • Sanitation
  • Sterilization
  • Safety - 12 hours
  • Skin Analysis - 8 hours
  • Equipment and Supplies - 8 hours
  • Color Theory and Effects - 32 hours
  • Client Consultation - 8 hours
  • Application of Pigment - 64 hours
This course prepares student to become certified massage therapists in the state of Colorado.
You must be a liscensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist to take this advanced course to receive a Medical Esthetics Certification.
Module I. This section of study prepares students to work in a doctor's office or medical facility. Students will learn medical terminology, medical billing and general medical office procedures.
Module II. Students will learn Medical Esthetics Modalities.
Module III. Students will learn Laser Technology.
In addition to our Esthetician training, we also offer Microdermabrasion Certification and Chemical Skin Peel Certification. This course is required in order for Cosmeticians and Cosmetologists to offer this advanced skin treatment to their clients. Students will understand all necessary elements involved in analyzing skin, deciding on proper pre & post treatments and utilizing proper health and safety for the client. The Student will have the opportunity to use different Microdermabrasion machines from different manufacturers as well as different exfoliating substances.

It is a 72-hour intensive program that covers all aspects of the growing medspa environment. This course is designed to provide you with all of the tools necessary to succeed as a cosmetic laser technician. You will receive hands-on training from Dr. Janowski and other experienced professionals under Dr. Janowski's direct supervision, covering every dominant clinical application in the cosmetic environment, including:
  • Laser hair removal
  • IPL
  • Photodynamic therapy
  • Fractional laser resurfacing
  • Radiofrequency skin tightening
  • Vascular lasers
  • Tattoo removal
