The building and land for the College of Botanical Healing Arts were purchased for the purpose of establishing one of the finest aromatherapy colleges in California, dedicated to the botanical healing arts with a focus on essential oils. The small teacher-to-student-ratio in our aromatherapy training courses provides a supportive environment for healing and professional development. The surrounding land of 1/3 acre is being developed as a botanical garden from which essential oils and herbs are derived and distilled for use in our aromatherapy training classes.

Established in September 1997 College of Botanical Healing Arts is a nonprofit institution with a 501(c)3 status with the IRS and the State of California. Its Advisory Committee consists of John Steele, Krishna Madappa, and Jeanne Rose.
