Home to nearly 4 million people, metropolitan Atlanta is the headquarters of several internationally recognized companies, including UPS, The Coca-Cola Company, Georgia-Pacific, The Home Depot, CNN-Time Warner, and The Cartoon Network to name but a few. Atlanta is a great place to learn and work. You'll also discover plenty of cultural and entertainment opportunities. The Woodruff Arts Center is home to the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra and the Alliance Theatre, as well as the High Museum of Art, listed by the American Institute of Architects as one of the "10 best works of American architecture of the 1990s." It features permanent exhibitions of European and American paintings, folk art, and photography along with an ambitious schedule of touring shows.
Love sports? Then you're going to find plenty to do. With three world-class facilities only two miles apart, Atlanta is the only city in the U.S. to have all of its sports teams located downtown.
