Did you know that electrologists can earn between $50.00 and $75.00 per hour operating their own practice and working the hours they want to work? You can make this a full-time, part-time or a second career.

Scholarships:
Scholarships are available for mature students, for those with other licenses such as cosmetology, aesthetics, nursing, etc., and for those with work experience dealing with the public. Our online application only takes a few minutes to complete and a scholarship will reduce your tuition substantially.
Interest-free pay-as-you-go loans are also available for students while they attend school.

General Information:
Electrology is not Laser Hair Removal therefore you don't have to be a nurse to work as an electrologist.
Electrolysis equipment primarily uses radio frequencies to destroy hair follicles.
In most States, electrologists are regulated by their Board of Cosmetology or their Medical Board.
Hair removal is a multi-billion dollar industry and electrolysis is still the only FDA approved method of permanent hair removal. Laser hair removal is not FDA approved as permanent.
