Southeastern, as a four-year liberal arts college of the Assemblies of God, welcomes students from a variety of denominations.   • Think palm trees, orange groves and wide sunsets reflected in sparkling lakes. That is the setting for our campus in Lakeland, Florida, where students enjoy a year-round average temperature of 72 degrees.
  • Situated between two lakes on over 68 acres, our location provides students easy access to the cultural and recreational opportunities of nearby Tampa, Orlando and the Florida Sun Coast.
  • About 1,964 students were enrolled at Southeastern for the 2004-2005 school year, representing 46 states and 20 foreign countries.
  • Southeastern is primarily a residential, undergraduate college (approximately 76 percent of traditional students live on campus). Our students come from varied academic backgrounds, including public, private, Christian and homeschooled.
  • Southeastern offers 38 programs leading to bachelor's degrees.
  • All students are required to complete 54 hours of general education course work in addition to their major.
  • Our 25:1 student-teacher ratio is why alumni fondly recall the deep relationships developed with their professors at Southeastern and the ongoing mentoring relationships that have continued past their graduation ceremonies.
