As a public two-year institution of higher learning, West Virginia Northern Community College is dedicated to serving the counties of Brooke, Hancock, Ohio, Marshall, Tyler, and Wetzel. With two campuses in Wheeling, and locations in New Martinsville and Weirton, West Virginia Northern Community College makes itself more than accessible to community members in need of an education.
This West Virginia college offers a variety of programs in the arts and sciences, as well as career and technical preparation. Associate degree programs are available in subjects from history, psychology, English, and education, to accounting, business administration, criminal justice, and nursing. Certificate programs, meanwhile, are offered in such fields of study as appliance repair, the culinary arts, health care, surgical technology, and computer information technology.
