Ventura College 4667 Telegraph Road Ventura, CA 93003 Ventura College, established 1925, is one of three colleges in the Ventura County Community College district and one of 109 California community colleges that comprise the largest college system in the world. The campus is located approximately 60 miles north of Los Angeles and 30 miles south of Santa Barbara, on 112-acres in the midst of Ventura hills and ocean views. The California community college has an enrollment of more than 13,500 students. At Ventura College students can pursue associate of arts and associate of sciences degrees in more than 40 areas of study and certificates of achievement and completion in more than 50 areas of study. Students are prepared to transfer to four-year colleges and universities. The Ventura College promise guarantees that all recent Ventura County high school graduates, regardless of family income, will have their enrollment fees covered during their first year of attendance at Ventura College.
