Valley Forge Christian College, a private Christian college, offers more than 20 majors and two online graduate degrees. Half of the majors offered are geared toward vocational ministry. The sponsoring denomination of Valley Forge Christian College is Assemblies of God, though more denominations are represented in the student body.
Founded in 1931 as a summer Bible school, Valley Forge Christian College spans a 106-acre area approximately 25 miles northwest of Philadelphia, several miles from Valley Forge National Park. There are 29 buildings on campus. In the last 10 years, four have been built and the rest have been renovated. Seven buildings are residence halls.
The student body of Valley Forge Christian College has increased 98 percent in the last 10 years, now topping 940 students. Fifty-two percent of students are women and 48 percent are men. Students, faculty and staff attend chapel services each morning.

Valley Forge Christian College competes in the National Christian College Athletic Association Division II in six sports: men's and women's basketball, men's and women's soccer, women's volleyball and men's baseball. In addition, students can participate in intramural athletics.
