The Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts, founded in 1996, is a comprehensive institution offering culinary arts programs in a diverse range of disciplines. Programs at Pacific include the culinary arts program, the baking and pastry arts program and the restaurant management program. The institute also offers short program and courses in a wide range areas including cake decorating, wine classes, teen classes and more.

Each program offered at the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts is comprised of an individual curriculum and hour schedule. Through the 875-hour culinary arts diploma program, students will have the opportunity gain knowledge in areas such as terminology, cold and hot preparation, ala carte menus, pate and terrines and much more.

The Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts is located in the city of Vancouver, in the province of the British Columbia in Canada. Pacific Institute students will have access to the institutes state-of-the-art facility which includes commercial kitchens and classrooms as well as experience in fine dining restaurants.

In addition to the comprehensive program offered at the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts, students can enjoy the many attractions in the province of the British Columbia. The province is home to numerous recreational, cultural an historical attractions alike. Attractions include Vancouver Island, scenic vineyards, beaches, mountains and more. Students can also enjoy attractions such as the Burnaby Village Museum, the Museum of Anthropology, the BC Aviation Museum, the historic Craigdarroch Castle and much more.
