Located in Pennsylvania, Jefferson College of Health Professions is actually comprised of three different schools: the Jefferson School of Pharmacy, the Jefferson School of Health Professions, and the Jefferson School of Nursing.

As part of Thomas Jefferson University, these three healthcare schools are located on the Thomas Jefferson University Campus, allowing students to enjoy many of the benefits that a university education has to offer. As a result, Jefferson College of Health Professions students may dorm in one of Thomas Jefferson University's three residence halls: Barringer Residence Hall, Orlowitz Residence Hall, and Martin Residence Hall. Two of these dorms offer apartment style living, while the other offers dorm style accommodations.

The Jefferson School of Health Professions notably offers students the opportunity to earn a certificate, associate degree, bachelor's degree, or master's degree in such areas occupational therapy, physical therapy, radiologic sciences, couple and family therapy, and bioscience technologies.

  • The Jefferson School of Pharmacy currently has pre-candidate accreditation status with the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE).

  • Students of this healthcare college participate in such extracurricular groups and activities as the: Jefferson African-American Student Society (JAAS), Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society, American Medical Student Association (AMSA), Jefferson Arts Organization, Clowns for Medicine, and the Jefferson Football League.

  • At the Jefferson School of Nursing may earn a certificate, associate degree, or bachelor's degree, in areas like pediatrics, oncology, and nursing.

  • As of the autumn of 2008 the Jefferson School of Pharmacy will offer a pharmacy degree program (PharmD). In order to be accepted into this program, students must have finished at least two years of pre-pharmacy schooling at a properly accredited school of higher learning.
