Culinary Institute of Charleston-Trident Technical College educates students in the culinary arts by offering associate degrees, diplomas, certificates and continuing education. The Culinary Institute also has a Palmer campus, which has undergone renovations, and will provide advanced training and continuing education for industry professionals and the community. The site provides the opportunity for national organizations and agencies to participate in advanced research and development activities.

At Culinary Institute of Charleston, students can pursue associate degrees in culinary arts technology, and hospitality and tourism management, a diploma in culinary arts, and certificates in baking and pastry, catering, and hospitality industry service. Once students complete the programs, they are prepared for employment positions in hotels, motels, resorts, restaurants, and attractions.
