Lead by the Catholic clergy, College Universitaire de Saint-Boniface dates back to 1818 when it was established in order to give boys a place to learn about the settlement of the Red River. The College is the oldest post-secondary institution in all of western Canada and offers a first-rate education. The College Universitaire de Saint-Boniface is located in Saint-Boniface, the French-speaking area of Manitoba, where students will find an array of entertainment and social activities.

Small class sizes welcome students to a comfortable learning environment at the College Universitaire de Saint-Boniface. Students may choose to enroll in a number of faculties, which include the Faculty of Arts, Faculty of Business Administration, Faculty Sciences, Faculty of Social Service, Faculty of Education. Each faculty offers students the opportunity to enroll in classes that lead to a bachelor's degree or a master's degree in a number of different majors. Students may also choose to obtain a translation certification that will allow them to work as a professional translator or within additional fields. With online learning also available for some programs, students will obtain the skills they need to advance themselves after graduation whether it be in person or through advanced technologies.

The College Universitaire de Saint-Boniface's technical and vocational schools are in place to allow students to obtain the skills needed for employment in the labor and working forces. Within this school of learning, students may choose to study programs such as business administration, tourism, communication multimedia, science, health care, education of young children and nursing.

College Universitaire de Saint-Boniface's housing in close proximity to classrooms, the library, the student center and entertainment. When students choose to live in residence at the College, they are afforded additional life lessons and learning. Living in residence will allow students to form lifelong friendships and a strong connection to the College Universitaire de Saint-Boniface.
