The College of Santa Fe is an institution dedicated to developing students at a variety of levels. Students are encouraged to explore themselves not just academically, but also personally and spiritually. Bachelor's degree areas of study include art, business administration, education, humanities, politics, psychology, and the sciences. Students are also encouraged to develop their own majors, some of which have included game programming, expressive therapy, and creative writing therapy. Small class sizes and a low student to teacher ratio leads to individualized attention and allow students to develop their academic focus according to personal goals.

At the graduate level, this Catholic college in New Mexico offers master programs in business administration and education.
