Clearfield County Career and Technology Center, founded in 1969, is a technical education institution offering a wide variety of programs in a diverse range of disciplines. Some programs offered at Clearfield County include architectural drafting, carpentry and building, health assisting, masonry, practical nursing, culinary arts, cosmetology and more.
Clearfield offers adult student programs, high school students programs and more. Many programs at Clearfield County Career and Technology Center are offered in both the evening and day, adding flexibility and convenience to student schedules.
Each program offered at Clearfield County Career and Technology Center is comprised of an individual curriculum. Through the two-year carpentry program, Clearfield County students will have the opportunity to gain knowledge in areas and techniques such as siding and trim, wall framing, ignition systems and more. In the three-year cosmetology program, Clearfield County students will have the opportunity to gain knowledge in areas such as hair coloring and lightening, sanitation and disinfection control, personality profiling and more.
Clearfield County Career and Technology Center is located the scenic city of Clearfield in Pennsylvania. Students can take advantage of the CCCTC facility, which is equipped with computer labs and more.

Clearfield County Career and Technology Center offers more than 35 adult evening programs. Some of the adult education courses include understanding the internet and e-mail, medical terminology, cpr and much more.
Many of the programs offered at CCCTC prepares students for professions that are growing fast. According to the United States Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor Statistics, " the percentage of growth for hair dressers, hair stylists and cosmetologists is 12% from the year 2006-2016."
Similarly according to the United States Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor Statistics, " employment of LPNs is expected to grow 14% between 2006-2016."
Other fast growing professions include computer support specialists and systems administrators, automotive service technicians and mechanics and others.
