Cape Fear Community College offers small classes, personable college staff and individual assistance for students throughout the course of their studies. As a member of the North Carolina Community College System, Cape Fear Community College focuses on vocational, technical, pre-baccalaureate, literacy education and continuing education programs and services. Sample programs at this North Carolina college include art education, air conditioning, heating and refrigeration technology and hotel and restaurant management.

One way Cape Fear Community College sets itself apart is through its creative use of technology. The North Carolina college's Campus Cruiser portal links all aspects of campus life to create a community environment.
