Cambrian College of Applied Arts and Technology, established in 1966, is a comprehensive institution offering a wide variety of programs in a variety of disciplines. Cambrian College also offers part-time programs, corporate training programs, apprenticeship programs and more.
Cambrian College programs offer students with numerous academic programs to choose from including early childhood education, graphic design, medical radiation technology, theatre arts, tourism and travel, public relations and more.
Cambrian College of Applied Arts and Technology offers several campuses in the province of Ontario, adding convenience and flexibility for students. The main campus is located in the city of Sudbury. The campus offers students with numerous state-of-the- art facilities accessible to students. Among them are the Cambrian College Library, which offers numerous print books, electronic databases, and many other resources. Other facilities at Cambrian include the Center for Equity, the Enterprise Center, the Health and Wellness Clinic and others.
Students can take advantage of a diverse range of both on and off campus activities at the Cambrian College. Athletics are offered for both men and women including cross country, volleyball, soccer, basketball and more. Also accessible to students are a variety of clubs and organizations.
Not only are there numerous on campus activities, but a plethora of off campus recreational, cultural, and historical attractions. The city of Sudbury offers student with variety of attractions. Numerous art galleries, museums, festivals and more are easily accessible. Attractions include the Cinefest Sudbury International Film Festival, the greater Sudbury Blueberry festival, the Northern Ontario Railroad Museum and Heritage Centre and many others.
