Located in Monmouth County, New Jersey, Brookdale Community College offers degree and certificate programs specially tailored to meet the training needs of local businesses. The New Jersey college offers two-year certificate and degree-earning programs in such diverse majors as culinary arts, early childhood education, and digital arts.
Most of the programs are accessible at Brookdale Community College's main campus in Lincroft, though the New Jersey college also offers education centers in Asbury Park, the Bayshore, Long Branch, the Western Monmouth Center in Freehold and the Brookdale Campus at Wall, which also is home to the Coastal Communiversity. Coastal Communiversity at Brookdale Community Colleges serves the dual role of offering associate-level courses and upper-level bachelor's and master's degrees from the New Jersey's college's partner colleges, which includes Montclair State University. In addition to on-campus classes, Brookdale Community College also offers distance learning classes online and through telecourses.

The New Jersey college is accredited by the Commission on Higher Education of the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools.
Brookdale Community College isn't all work and no play. The New Jersey college also offers an athletic department that provides intramural and recreation programs, including intercollegiate athletics. Sports include tennis, bowling, basketball and bocce and horseshoe tournaments.
