The Body Design University is a unique institution that offers courses in professional fitness leading to a career as a professional personal trainer.

Through the body design personal training program, students will have the opportunity gain knowledge in areas such as anatomy, physiology, nutrition, biomechanics and applied kinesiology and more. Courses at Body Design University are designed for veteran and aspiring fitness professionals involved in developing and implementing an individualized approach to exercise leadership in healthy populations and/or those individuals with medical clearance to exercise. Students will also have the opportunity to gain practical experience in the field.

Body Design University students can take advantage of the Nutrifit Library, which offers numerous online articles in a variety of areas.
