Bay Area Medical Academy trains phlebotomy technicians and medical assistants, and also offers classes for phlebotomists at every certification level required by California.
Classes at Bay Area Medical Academy are available on weekends, in the evenings and during the day. Students in a group of at least eight have the option to customize their own schedule.
Bay Area Medical Academy offers training for three certification categories: limited phlebotomy technician, certified phlebotomy technician for experienced phlebotomists and certified phlebotomy technician for beginning phlebotomists. In addition, the school offers an ECG / EKG technician certification program and medical assistant training.
