Founded in 1950, Baptist Bible College is a private institution accredited by the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools and the Association for Biblical Higher Education. This Missouri Bible college's motto is "Enter to learn, go forth to serve."

Students at Baptist Bible College can choose from more than 10 majors leading to a Bachelor of Arts/Sciences degree, with a wide range of concentrations offered within these major programs. Several majors offer different programs for male and female students, including Mission, Youth Ministries, Children's Ministries, and Intercultural Studies. Baptist Bible College also offers associate's degree programs in office technology, early childhood education, and church music, along with certificate programs in practical church ministries and Bible knowledge.

Students at Baptist Bible College can compete for the Patriots in men's and women's basketball, men's soccer, and women's volleyball. Students can also participate in several campus clubs including the drama team, choir, band, student government, and missions.
