Bank Street College of Education is a private graduate school founded in 1916 as the Bureau of Educational Experiments. Accredited by the National Council for the Accreditation of Teacher Education and the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools, this New York school provides individualized master's degree programs to school leaders and conducts research to improve teaching and learning.

Students at Bank Street College of Education can pursue a Master of Science, Master of Science in Education, or an advanced Master of Education in more than a dozen areas of concentration. Many programs also lead to New York State teaching certification. All graduate programs consist of course work, supervised field work, and an Integrative Master's Project.

Bank Street College of Education also encompasses a School for Children and a Family Center, which offer care and education to nearly 500 children, along with a Division of Continuing Education that provides outreach programs to schools and communities.
