Founded in 1886, Arnold and Marie Schwartz College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences is located on the Brooklyn campus of Long Island University, a private, independent institution.

Arnold & Marie Schwartz College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences offers a six-year program (including four years as an undergraduate) leading to a Doctor of Pharmacy degree. Students can also pursue a range of graduate programs including a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutics and a Master of Science with concentrations in Industrial Pharmacy, Cosmetic Science, Pharmacology/Toxicology, Pharmacy Administration, and Drug Regulatory Affairs.
