Apollo Career Center offers programs to 11 high school districts around Lima, Ohio to help student in enter the workforce after graduating high school or continue their education in a technical college or university. The 11 area high schools included are: Ada, Allen East, Bath, Bluffton, Columbus Grove, Elida, Hardin Northern, Perry, Shawnee, Spencerville, Wapakoneta. They offer 20 career fields for high school students ranging from computer and automotive programs to landscaping and hospitality programs.

Students planning to continue their education can enroll in the college tech prep program which offers Computer Applications Programming, Computer Assisted Drafting, Computer Network Support, Health Careers, Manufacturing Engineering Technologies, Landscaping/Turf Management-Tech Prep and Internet Design Technologies. Apollo recommends have a strong science/math background before enrolling. Students at Apollo take academic courses along with laboratory courses. They learn applied communications, applied mathematics, algebra, social studies, and principles of technology, biochemistry, and employability and computer application courses to build a rounded education that will prepare them for their future careers or further education.

Apollo has a strong job placement and career services programs to provide successful job leads for students. They offer a career-based intervention , one-year cooperative program for students over 16 , which combines on-the-job training with the student's high school education.
