The American & European Massage Clinic, Inc. (AEMC) is located in Raleigh, North Carolina, where it operates its massage school, as well as providing massage services to the public. This Raleigh massage school conducts a 500-hour training program. The curriculum has its foundations in Russian medical massage. The practical side of AEMC includes various approaches, with work in Swedish and deep tissue techniques, as well as reflexology, neuromuscular therapy, the Eastern styles of massage therapy, and sports massage. The theoretical portion of the curriculum provides students with groundings in pathology, physiology, and anatomy.

Students at the American & European Massage Clinic, Inc. will also learn the methods of both ethical and successful business conduct within the industry. Massage therapy's psychological elements are thoroughly explored as well. Once students have finished all 500 hours of training, they will have the skills required to practice full body massages for a number of different purposes. These include athletic rehabilitation, the easing of tension in muscles, as well as the lessening of physical pain and discomfort. Situated right next to AEMC's massage center, the Raleigh massage school makes its home within the clinic's flagship building. It spans about 1,500 square feet, which is comprised of spaces for both individual and group class work, in addition to office space.
