Aims Community College proudly declares that is one of the largest most comprehensive two-year colleges in Colorado. Since it's inception in 1967, Aims has built four campuses, constructed 18 buildings and expanded its curriculum offerings to 2,000 day, evening and weekend courses.

Campus locations include Greeley, Fort Lupton and downtown Loveland. In fact, the Aims Community College is about to get bigger. In May 2007, the Colorado college announced a future Aims location at a 30-acre campus in Berthoud, next to Wilson Ranch, to draw students from southern Weld County and beyond.

Also part of expansion plans is the Building for Tomorrow Today capital campaign. It is a five-year effort on the part of the Colorado college to provide extra dollars to upgrade equipment and facilities for allied health and science programs.

Students often rate Aims Community College instructors as the Colorado college's best feature, followed by its high-tech equipment available for student use. (Apparently even Bill Gates was impressed on a recent visit!) The Colorado college offers degree and certification programs in automotive collision technology, engineering and fire science.

Too, Aims Community College offers a bevy of clubs and organizations to help support students in their educational efforts, including Campus Crusade for Christ, Future Teachers Club and the League of United Latin American Citizens.
